Here's what they have to say about preparing for their exam with Springboard Consulting:
James Gagne CCMPâ˘
âHello, I can not stress enough how helpful April and her team were in preparing me for the CCMP exam (which I passed). When preparing to take the CCMP, I did not have much time to commit to preparing for the exam. April's program worked well with my schedule. The interface for accessing materials was easy to navigate and very helpful. Additionally, the live training classes were a great way to interact with like-minded change professionals. The exam simulator is priceless!â
Melissa Lally CCMPâ˘
âI loved the exam simulator! The quizzes gamified learning and kept studying from being a chore. I felt calm, relaxed, and ready when it came time for the exam, and Iâm someone with test anxiety. Iâd recommend anyone on the fence about how to prep connect with Ready, Set, CCMP!â
Sherry Martin CCMPâ˘
âApril's READY, Set, Change! Accelerated Training & Exam Prep helped me to prepare for the exam and earn my CCMP⢠credential. She provided real world application and review of the standard with each session. I appreciate the guidance provided throughout the training with coaching calls and practice exam sessions, including the 8-week study plan, up to taking the exam. I highly recommend the program if you want to accelerate your credibility with change management principles for your career.â
Andrew Reiser CCMPâ˘
"April's CCMP Prep class was ESSENTIAL to my understanding the Standard of Change Management. Many courses provide the standard information, but April went way above and beyond offering countless office hours sessions, study sessions and remedial courses to ensure success. I could not have passed the CCMP exam without April's encouragement and skills."
Alyssa Streller CCMPâ˘
"April provided clear and comprehensive training and study tools which helped me obtain my CCMP certification. I was able to enter the exam with confidence and highly recommend her!â
Cole Wasdin CCMPâ˘
âAprilâs CCMP Prep Course was thorough and fun. I enjoyed getting to know the cohort, and their varied experiences helped to further illustrate the material we were learning. April and her team are so supportive, and she is warm, kind, and available for questions and deep dives. This course is a STRONG recommend for anyone seeking their CCMP.â
Veronica Williams CCMPâ˘
âApril's Ready Set Change Management Accelerated Program and exam preparation is key to being successful at the CCMP exam. Her attention to details and simplicity in which she translates the stages of change and the application of those stages to any organizational change is commendable. She also provides a very supportive community for peers who support each other after exams and well into any change management projectâ
Julie Arington CCMPâ˘
âThe exam simulator is the best thing I've ever seen as far as preparing for any certification or exam. If I just had this book I would literally know nothing, and these exams are so awesome, and I will feel so much more prepared. Thank you.â

Here's what they have to say about the READY, Set, Change! Accelerated Training & Exam Prep:
Raven Berry
âWhen it comes to the readiness component of the change management plan, the agency that I work for, we have a culture of launching multiple projects simultaneously, and it has put a significant strain on the workforce. I would say in the past the divisions weren't talking to each other, so the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Even though, when I was in the midst of being involved in some of these change management projects, It didn't really hit me until I took this session that it is absolutely imperative that we do an assessment, a readiness assessment, to see if what you trying to do is even possible from a capacity standpoint. Making sure that everyone can even comprehend what it is that you're trying to change. Everyone can understand what the current state is and what the future state should look like and what the benefits will be. Is it going to be a competing priority where folks have to figure out, how are they going to split their time? I just didn't realize how important it was to do an assessment on that. That was one that was one of the biggest takeaways that I've had through this experience. So thank you. April.â
Angela Black
"I think the experience has been wonderful. I've learned how all of the pieces fit together and now I know how the whole strategy comes together holistically. I've definitely enjoyed the camaraderie. I look forward to staying connected with people going forward. I also appreciate the fact that you recorded sessions that we can study because I take them with me to the gym, and I listen to them in my headphones. So I really appreciate that mobility factor, it helps me to learn."
Gwendolyn Brown CCMPâ˘
"Even though I have PROSCI and the PMP, this has really given me a lot of additional information. I feel like for people that don't have this particular certification, they're kind of behind the curve. There's so many different ways to use this information within an organization and to add credibility for change management."
Tangamicka Brown
"I've learned that we're all speaking the same language when it comes to change management, and the proper way to do it is by following a standard. The video learning bytes were really, really helpful, and then the gamification is helpful as far as getting engaged and memorizing the content. I think for me I've enjoyed not only the camaraderie, but the push. Everybody is pushing towards the same goal. You're leading us, and we have to change our thoughts and our patterns about how we go forward to get ready to take this exam. Hearing real life stories, adventures, you pushing everyone, and then the camaraderie where everyone's working towards the same goal has been enjoyable."
Erica Cardenas CCMPâ˘
"I got the validation in the program about how we can benefit as an organization to formalize change management more. Right now, we're so focused on our product organizations and our IT organizations and modernizing, it's been so informal and not structured. As I'm going through this program, I'm just seeing how we can benefit from formalizing. I enjoyed the breakout activities where we're able to collaborate and come up with a response together. And then hearing everyone's different perspectives drawing on their own experiences I found very valuable."
Bryon Dorsey
âWhen my team asked me how the training was going, I was like weâre actually talking about culture, and pointing out the people aspect of change. My team, we have 5 different lending areas that we support amongst our team. Every one of them is different, every one of them has their mini culture, and then we have, you know, customer service that we support adjacently. So we have to tailor the approach to those people.â
Judy Johnson CCMPâ˘
"It's just been great to hear what everybody's got to say. My role is dual, because I'm doing project management and change management and other management. Because of this I'm kind of on an island, so it's just great to have interaction with everybody. Giving me a project plan to do is really helpful. I have attempted it before, and then I just got bored and stopped. So having milestones and deadlines was really helpful."
Sherry Martin CCMPâ˘
âI really like the acronym of READY, and being able to connect that terminology to the standard. I appreciated the pace of the course, and making the connection between the work to how it relates back to the standard. The time provided for office hours and one on one conversation is very helpful. I have enjoyed meeting other folks through different industries and roles and just understanding different experiences. We know how this will benefit where we are today, or whatever the next opportunity is going to be.â
Austin Kirkbride
"It's always great to have a group of people to talk about change management with. What I liked about this session is the dialogue we've been able to have together while we were figuring this stuff out!"
Jamie Meidhof CCMPâ˘
âI appreciate everyone's participation, every time we talk about things it helps it to stick. So I love that it's been a really active group. April youâve definitely encouraged participation which has made it very interesting and engaging, instead of just sitting here listening or reading. It's been a great class and session, so thank you!â
Kristina Neesam CCMPâ˘
âI attended the Ready, Set, Change course that April put together in preparation of my CCMP exam. The class was 100% virtual and one of the best virtual courses Iâve taken. April made the textbook details relatable to real life scenarios so that you could remember it for the exam. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to prepare for their CCMP, it will help you tremendously!â
Martha Rackets
âI liked how accelerated it was! It was a lot of information, but being able to dig in, and talk about the concepts and standards a lot really made me feel like I was getting it into my brain in a way that it was stickingâ
Sara Sanasac
âSo the biggest takeaway for me was really about how you have to have a different person sustain the change. This whole week has changed exponentially when I went back to work and I said, I think what we're doing wrong is that the same person owns the change, who initiates the change, and we can't have that happen. So it was just such a missing piece for all of us. It's already a week later, and it's already made so many changes. So just much appreciation. I've learned a lot. But that one was really seriously transformational for our whole organization.â
Chris Sisler
"I lean more on the PMP side, and that's where you know where I started and then most of my history is consulting. We've been doing change management, we just haven't been doing it overtly. I think now with greater knowledge, I can see where our gaps are internally on our team. We need to be more overt about utilizing some of the tools in order to help sustain the improvement along the way. Because we do a lot of metric improvement and cultural improvement, we bring those behaviors together. But we're not doing enough on the change side. Slower is faster if you do it right on the front end, and we need to help them see that and incorporate these tools for change, so that we can address the various stakeholders. Particularly in healthcare, where I work differently because doctors aren't nurses, nurses aren't doctors, and then there's all the others that, you know, it takes a village in healthcare"
Shawanda Taylor
âGoing through this process and having the understanding and knowledge of the structure around a change is something I find very invaluable. I learned that it's important to make sure that we are stripping away a lot of the processes and keeping it a bit separate, to have more organization when it comes to driving or executing a change. Our class was very engaging, and I have learned a lot. I really enjoyed understanding the process and the READY framework. These are tools and resources that I will definitely leverage in day to day responsibilities going forward.â
Mackenzie Tindall
"I'm with a fairly large organization that has had a number of changes, but we're not very mature as an organization when it comes to our change management practices. So being able to see it on paper in black and white, of what the standard is and how we should be doing it has been a big A-HA! Very helpful."
Ashton Wassel
âI like to hear everyone's experience. When we're going through the examples, it's cool to hear everyone's different experiences, especially across different companies, you know. It's interesting how you may have your idea of how change is implemented, but the circumstance, and the nature of the industry you're in, doesn't necessarily change the process at all, but it looks very different. That's been very interesting.â
