What we do
Working side by side with your team to learn all we can about your business, we craft messaging, process change, training, and support plans that help you realize the benefits of the change.

Consulting
Managing change, whether it be technological (systems), programmatic (new health care program) or cultural (mergers or strategic direction), to help your people adopt a new way of working dramatically increases implementation success.

Training and Speaking
Training to provide skills and abilities should be relevant timely and interesting. Our trainers are professional speakers and entertaining trainers who make it easy to learn. Our “Not Boring” Training incorporates interesting examples, analogies, and stories to help people learn.

Implementation Support
Implementations are complex and don’t always go as planned. Having a team to provide support either “at the elbow”, through group and individual labs, knowledge base development or even help desk assistance can really improve the productivity dip that often occurs in difficult implementations.
Why We Do It
Poorly managed change decreases productivity and morale, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
We believe that no one should have to suffer through boring jargon, dry training and lack of information during any type of change. Preparing for change with friendly understandable language, people centered, enjoyable training and helpful, knowledgeable support for implementation and beyond helps you realize the benefits and outcomes that depend on employee adoption and usage of the change.
